Paying for College with a $500 Credit Limit

Remember the one lady who had so much debt she made a website for people to donate money to help her get out of debt?
Well, that’s what I feel like doing right now. A little while ago I wrote about my tuition costs in “Paying Tuition.” (Then I wrote another short update here). I had said I was applying for a card that would have 0% APR for 12 months and I would put the remaining amount of tuition ($6,200) on that card and pay it off before the 12 months were up. I got my card about 3 days ago. The limit? $500. What am I supposed to do with a $500 limit?
Needless to say, I was angry. I still am because I don’t want to get another private loan with a crappy interest rate.
And that is why I want to create one of those “donate money to me” websites. But only until I make the amount needed for tuition. Not to get rid of all my debt.
Is that terrible of me?
