Blogging for Progress Scholarship

Here's an interesting scholarship for you bloggers out there that like to write about current events and public policy. It's progressiveu.org's Blogging for Progress Scholarship.
The rules are all found on that main page. But here are the basics:
- Begins Feb. 15th and ends June 30th, 2008.
- You must create a user account and start by Apr. 15th, 2008.
- Must be 16 years or older and plan on enrolling in college during the 2009/2010 school year.
- Must be a legal resident of the U.S.
The winners will get:
1 grand prize winner gets a $1,000 scholarship
2 other winners get a $500 scholarship.
The way you win is based on points. You get 50 points for each 200 word blog post you create on their site. One point for each time you read a new post by someone else, and you get 10 points for each unique comment left on the site. (It says "for each comment that is accepted" so I'm sure they'll be monitoring everything to make sure it's legit. So don't just spam everyone and think you'll get points).
