And the Answer Is...

A few days ago I asked a question about if a balance transfer would happen if I didn't call to activate my card. Apparently the answer is yes.
I checked my credit card last night that they should have transferred money from, and it was down the $850 that this new card had decided was a good amount. grr
Now the question is, do I pay that $850 card off and call to cancel it? (And in the process hope that maybe they will want to do what I wanted to do in the first place). Or should I pay off the card that is now $850 less because in May it will start accruing interest?
My head is spinning. Any ideas would be welcome!
